Our goal at CCHC Foundation is to advance the mission and vision of CCHC by raising philanthropic revenue to fund the strategic priorities and margin of excellence as determined by System governance, administration, and clinical leadership.

CCHC, formed in 1996, is the leading provider of healthcare services for residents and visitors of Cape Cod. As a non-profit health system, CCHC depends on the philanthropic support of individuals, families, businesses, and foundations to deliver the highest quality, accessible health services, which enhance the health of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
