Cape Cod Healthcare Names Michael K. Lauf New President and Chief Executive Officer

(Hyannis, December 17, 2010) Cape Cod Healthcare announced today that Michael K. Lauf, who has been serving as Acting President and CEO, has been named by the Board of Trustees as the next President and Chief Executive Officer for the Cape Cod Healthcare system. Mr. Lauf replaces Richard F. Salluzzo, M.D., MBA, who resigned last month. Mr. Lauf becomes the fourth CEO of the 13-year old system that operates Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital the Visiting Nurses Association of Cape Cod, and other health care entities on Cape Cod.
