Cape Cod Healthcare offers two acute care hospitals, the largest home health services agency on the Cape, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, an assisted living facility, ambulatory care centers and community health services and programs supported by more than 450 physicians and 4,500 employees. As a non-profit health care organization, our ability to continue to grow and improve depends on your financial support.

Cape Cod Healthcare benefits from gifts made to the Annual Fund, special projects, planned giving and special events. As always, each gift may be designated to Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital or the Visiting Nurse Association. Unrestricted gifts to Cape Cod Healthcare are dispersed where the need is most urgent.
