Donating Stock
to Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation represents a tax-wise charitable giving opportunity. By contributing stock that has grown over time, you avoid capital gains tax and receive a charitable income tax deduction based on the stock's fair market value.
If the shares are
currently in a brokerage account,
please instruct your broker to transfer
the shares to the appropriate Foundation
account below.
If the securities are
currently in certificate form, please
send them with a note regarding the gift and any restrictions, unendorsed to the appropriate
broker below. In a separate mailing, please send a signed stock power to the same appropriate broker. You do not need to fill out any other detail on the stock power form. Click here for a stock power form.
