The Cape Cod Healthcare
Annual Fund provides ongoing philanthropic
support for the programs, services
and facilities of Cape
Cod Hospital, Falmouth
Hospital and the Visiting
Nurse Association. Your annual
gifts help to sustain Cape Cod Healthcare
from year to year, supporting continual
program enhancements and other improvements
to ensure quality of care. In addition,
gifts to the Annual Fund better prepare
Cape Cod Healthcare to meet ongoing
challenges, such as the recruitment
of physicians and nurses, staff training
and development for advanced services
and procedures, as well as caring
for the under-insured.
A gift to the Cape
Cod Healthcare Annual Fund is a gift
with no restrictions from the donor
on how it is to be used. However, each gift
may be designated to a specific entity
– Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth
Hospital or the Visiting Nurse Association.
Gifts to the Annual Fund support health
care on the Cape where it is needed
most and may also be used to assist
with daily operational costs and to
cover the costs of health care services
that are not reimbursable.
